sometimes when people make jokes,we laugh :)
but there's only certain things can be a topic,or subject for the jokes.
you can make fun of a person or whatsoever it is,

when it comes to TOO MUCH,people will get hurt.
and the dialog that will came out from our mouth is "how ANNOYING he/she is. " :)
funny and annoying,there's two dif things.
